Nancy is a Professional Agrologist and environmental scientist with more than 12 years of contaminated sites experience in the area of Contaminated Sites Assessment and Remediation encompassing Phase 1 ESAs & Stage 1 PSIs, Subsurface Environmental Investigations (Phase II and III ESA / Stage 2 PSI and DSI), Remedial Excavations, and Environmental Monitoring. Her technical proficiency has been developed through on-Site environmental field work including drilling programs, monitoring well installation; soil vapour, groundwater and surface water monitoring and sampling and hydrogeological response tests. All work has been conducted within the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction including federal (e.g. CCME, Health Canada), provincial (e.g. EMA, CSR, HWR, BCWQG), municipal, and regional district regulatory frameworks, as well as to industry standards. Responsibilities have included technical proposal development and submission, subcontractor coordination, permitting, site supervision, and training of personnel. Nancy has a clear grasp of environmental assessment and investigation.
